	Lisa Phelps With over 30 years’ experience in the business of health, Lisa is well versed across the broad spectrum of private practice. Her firsthand experience in establishing, managing and relocating a specialist medical practice formed the foundation of her expertise in medical practices.
	Mark Amott Mark has been working in health care for approximately 15 years in both operations and high level consultancy roles. For over a decade Mark was the managing director of a large scale veterinary emergency and referral centre. He was a co-founder of the centre and guided it through development to ultimate sale into a larger group. Since then Mark has consulted on aspects of business and marketing strategy to a number of businesses in the healthcare space.
	Bron Christoffersen Bron is a dedicated professional with a positive attitude who provides strong management skills, leadership by example and encouragement of others through support and communication. Bron offers broad expertise in practice management and experience having worked in these areas for more than a decade. She is an excellent trainer of people and systems, who is able to make learning fun.
	Riwka Hagen Starting her professional career as a Medical Scientist, Riwka successfully implemented and managed a regional laboratory of a major pathology provider before embarking on a career of medical practice management and the role of surveyor in general practice accreditation. Riwka now enjoys assisting health professionals to take their businesses to the next level of success.
	Sam Moses Samantha (Sam) is a committed nurse professional with a proven track record in health. Demonstrating broad experience in specialist and general practice nursing roles, education and development, Sam understands the challenges and successes of private practice. Her focus on a coordinated team approach, where the skills of the clinical team are maximized, forms the basis of her consulting and advisory projects with clients.
	Mandi Knowles Mandi has over 12 years’ experience within the healthcare industry, across Australia and New Zealand in both public and private sector roles, and not for profit. More recently Mandi has been involved in new practice set ups and business development projects for established practices. Mandi’s capabilities and experience include development of practice policy and procedures, business and strategic planning, operational planning, project management, staff management and training, performance management and facilitation.
	Vicki Hayward Starting her professional career as a teacher, Vicki has followed many pathways including general business consulting, marketing, human resource management and project management. For eight years Vicki was a Director of MyPS and, along with Lisa and their team, worked with doctors and their teams to bring about positive change and practice growth. Vicki has now moved into an Associate role while she pursues other interests.
